Mac was super helpful and came to solve a (nasty) clog within an hour - at 5pm on a weekday. He even had to open up an exterior pipe and unclog down to the city connection, which took a bunch of extra effort. He was diligent, quick, and super friendly. Highly recommend for any plumbing need!

Mac is very responsive and worked with me on a very tight schedule. I used yelp to get a bunch of quotes to replace a broken shower cartridge valve. Mac was the first to respond and somehow had the cheapest quote so it was an easy choice to make. He worked carefully and deliberately to prevent damage to existing parts. The shower was working well when he left.
