Strong recommendation for the Pipe Whisperer - Mac. I am a retired General Contractor-I know many subcontractor plumbers. When I recently had a crack (which I exposed by pulling paneling in my living room) in the main waste stack (100 year old cast iron pipe) I called around for bids; some to plumbers I knew some to others who had good recs. This was a medium sized job but complicated, between floors etc. Mac was in the final two who appeared competent and answered the right way to all questions-he was also 25% less expensive. He performed the job in a correct and timely fashion but what stood out was his straightforwardness, conscientiousness, an honesty. You have to trust your subcontractors. The bigger companies may have better public relations but this guy is for real.
